I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there. http://1drv.ms/1JKmuNb If you have any problem downloading them, or you need different files, let me know. duel core video; of course with models atv 400 and atv520e have their reset buttons on the bottom. quad core video; the 585, 582, the reset button is on the bottom. We always keep all models Restore files updated You can try this for black screen, it may or may not work. I have had a few boxes come back to us with the same issue that you have, I was able to fix one of them using the files below, the other one I could not fix, we had to replace it under warranty.
