I use version 1900pro , android 5.1 version. In time watch TV and try to switch the channel , suddenly black screen. I try on/off no way ! So I unplug/plug but never the box coming to normal, he remain in phase of ,,seeing and believe,, So last hope reset from factory, so it's working now. I wonder where this comes from, if it can be repeated! I contacted the support for about two days, at the time of the incident but no answer. I've had it for about three years, and I've reset it twice, including the incident. I'm not thinking about the upgrade so as not to upset it. In addition, the support is not so present, so I have to take the risk 100%. What interests me are the possible causes that caused this incident. Did this happen to anyone else?
