    @Justin, curious if this version with Kodi 17.3 has the audio passthrough fixed in it? Currently I use Kodi 16.1 and MyGica Media Center 17.0, but the passthrough for local files when they have DTS or 5.1 audio only properly works on Kodi 16.1. It would just keep switching back and forth every second on anything 17+ that I tried previously. My understanding was that this was something to do with the Android audio APIs needing to be updated. Unit is 1800E.

    For the black screen issue, I figured out by having the sound turned up, that the device was powered on, because I could hear the selections change when using the remote. I haven't had the issue in a while *knock on wood* I believe all I did last was toggle the auto switch to best resolution option to on in Display > Screen Resolution. Possibly did a reboot then as well. Otherwise if you hear the icon sounds as changing, just press down a few times, OK to select the Power icon, down once and OK again to reboot.

    I backed up my Kodi and restored fine on his one. Restore still needs minor tweaks, but that takes only a few minutes for me to do.

    I do believe because they are using a custom kernel, it turns cores on/off as needed. One time I checked, I saw CPU 0 and 1. Another reboot later, 0 and 3. I loaded CPU-Z to check that Android did see all the codes, which it saw 4, 3 were stopped, since the system was idle. If you run a few apps and switch back to it, it will show multiple running and you'll see them stop. FYI I'm running this on an 1800E which CPU-Z also reported it as a 1900 and said it had root access, which I never ran the root patch. Had issues with the remote and it not turning back on or off properly, but after a full reboot and unplugging the USB and plugging it back, it seems better!

    While the title also states the 1800E but it's not mentioned in that device section or notes, just want to confirm this same firmware will work? Thanks!
