Mygica1200 stuck on green android screen

Please help. We have tried a number of times to do a hard reset by unplugging unit, pressing and while holding reset putting in power cord. We have held the reset up to 2 minutes as website suggests. Green android screen still appears. We do have a green light on the front of the unit. So frustrating. Please help

Maybe try to reload (reinstall) the current version of Android, that might help. I have had this issue several times but always the hard restart worked, so I would really consider reinstalling the OS.

Hi there, I am having issues with my android box. It is stuck on the android green robot screen and I've tried various firmware updates and reset options. Still no movement, any help would be appreciated at this point.
