Box is badly lacking, reads CACHE IS FULL message

Hello there,

I have recently purchased the ATV582 box, as of late it slows down really badly and on the lower right part of the screen it reads "CACHE IS FULL", I have followed along with the prompts (by searching online and also via the post and response here on this forum) to erase and it still is a issue, at first I assumed it was due to it being connected by the WIFI vs. ETHERNET but with either of the 2 the problem is still apparent.

Also is there any way of removing/deleting some of the non-english pre-programmed Apps? - Would that speed things up a bit or free up the cache?

Lastly is there a way to update the system for a novice (in layman's terms..)

Please help with alternative suggestions :(

Cache full, that is not Box issue, it sounds like your using Kodi, i would suggest to clean your cache, find youtube on how to clean cache, or Factory Reset your box to fix the issue
