KR34/40 remote stopped responding

My KR34 remote that came with my 1200 stopped responding totally. All it will do is wake my 1200 from sleep mode (red light to green)

Thanks for the link, but I have already seen this one.

It is for the KR40. I have the KR30 and it has no light and and no dongle, also it is powered by 2 AAA battery's

Is there a way to pair this model that you are aware of?.

my friend, then if remote don't work i would suggest you try another remote if you have or create a ticket and send the unit to us we could test it see if its remote or ir indicator on the box
