atv 1200 remote issue

I updated my 1200 to the new version. But now the remote that came with my atv1200 isn't working with it. Is there a way to get it to work with my box again? Or am I stick with an external keyboard?

Just to start you off, you updated with the correct version for your remote, right? There are two kinds, KR60 and KR34, I suppose you can correct by updating again with the right kind for your remote.

I updated some nine boxes so far and never had remote not working. You should also tell which update you talk about and which remote you have if you want some support.

Justin put out some good info. First determine if your remote is the small kr -34 or the larger Kr-60.

I have the same issue with the remote control,not working.

and the only file that we can find is the 34.

where is the 60.
