The clone boxes (read mx2....) has this remote and the keymap is available on the logitech harmony database. I tried but it's incompatible. We all know that these are all the same hardware so................. put a new keymap on the logitech database. It's an easy works and it's free.........

The KR 32, KR 34 and KR 20 all share the same remote code, and one of them should be on the keymap database.

Check under the name Geniatech, since this is the manufacturer.

Hello justin, thanks for your fast reply and your suggest that was right. I made a try with ATV1200 by Geniatech and numbers button came out!

There is just and little error, the button STOP and the button EXIT/BACK are coded as the same. If you try to remap that in the xbmc keymap file it's impossible, can you ask to mygica to take a look on that? Thanks again!

The xbmc keymap I find only works good when you are using XBMC linux. Its hard to remap when using Android, since more of the keys on the remotes are meant for Android.

Understood, but these buttons share the same cose on the harmony, all other buttons works fine so i think the problem is in the harmony mapping when genia teh or mygica sent them that!

Hi Justin,

I have the ATV1200 but when I use the Geniatech ATV1200 Logitech settings the play and pause buttons don't work, and the stop button is the same as back. Based on the image here, I'm guessing the programming is set to match KR20:

http://www.geniatech.com/img/remote-control-list.jpg

Can you please confirm the KR20 remote is compatible with MyGica ATV1200?

Thanks

Yes the KR20 is compatible with the ATV 1200 remote, it is the same remote code as the KR34 and KR32

Hi Justin,

Please note there are typos in the file /etc/remote.conf and it is incomplete. Below is my version if anyone else is interested in using a logitech remote and having all the media keys work (play, pause, stop, ff, rew, etc).

I'm using the Geniatech ATV1200 which has the the buttons programmed with the exception of the mouse button which can easily be learned. If you could ask Logitech to copy the Geniatech version in the MyGica ones and keep the mouse button defined, that would help people a lot.

My version of /etc/remote.conf
