Justin 206 Report post Posted December 16, 2015 This is Patch File that is supposed to fix the issue where your TV Screen is black when KODI 15.X and above is opened and you are connected to your TV via RCA. Please make sure to extract the IMG file from the zip folder I have put it into. If file does not appear, press the 3 lined context menu button 10+ times it should appear. **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR ANDROID 4.4 ONLY** This will work for ATV 1800/582/380 I tried this myself here on 3 TV's and it worked. Please report if it works or not in this exact thread. As I need some feedback on this. Once approved I will have it built into our next Firmware or sent via OTA as a patch file. Thanks Justin update_4.4_patch_RCA-Mygica_kodi.zip

JohnnyGuitar 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2015 I had a look and it's a real shame you haven't had feedback for the HDMI patch. If that was proven to be working, the next big update would be the best ever.

piggy99 1 Report post Posted December 23, 2015 Ok I just downloaded and it looks good. All working..... Thank you for your quick turn around. ps: Probably easier to just send an update via OTA. (thats just my opinion)

(thats just my opinion) This was a test file to see if it worked or not before we sent it as a mass update. I needed people to test it, since I do not have this problem on any of the TVs I am using. Since the feedback seems good so far, except for one person with a Samsung TV in another thread. I will tell them to include this in our next OTA update.
