Pdrh 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2015 My 380 no longer scans for wifi access points. It tells me to refresh the list. How do I do this? Also the only controls that work on the remote are the on/off switch and the mouse cursor(arrow). I need help in resolving these issues.

Hi for the remote try this Have you tried these videos yet? These have worked very well with the customers of ours having remote issues. As for Wifi, if you go into the "Other Settings" menu, which you will find in the Settings part of the main menu. From here you should be able to refresh your Wifi list. Pdrh 0 Report post Posted December 28, 2015 Justin- I ended up doing a factory reset (pain) to restore the remote and the wifi. However, now, none of the apps can connect to the wifi even though you it shows that there is a good connection. Any thoughts on how toe solve this?
wjw 9 Report post Posted December 28, 2015 Use making sure, that under Settings. Wifi=on and Ethernet=off For some reason if you have both wifi and Ethernet checked (on mine anyway) you don't "get" wifi.
Pdrh 0 Report post Posted December 28, 2015 Wjw- tx but that wasn't my situation. The problem appears to be a weak wifi. I moved the 380 closer and it seems to be working, albeit I have none checked everything out yet.
