ATV 585 keeps booting to recovery mode HELP!

One of my customers brought back a ATV 585 today and he wont admit to screwing around with the firmware, so now Im stuck trying to get it back up and running. I know a lot about windows and computers, but little on the android, but Im learning. Can anyone point me to the firmware download for the ATV 585 as of todays date and maybe a walk thru on how to get it installed? The box will boot into recovery mode....tried the wipe data/factory restet, but keeps coming back into recovery mode when done....its in a loop.

Ok, after doing some reading, I have got the box running again with the March firmware, but I does not want to automatically update to the latest otr...anyone have an update on the downloadable one?

Have you tried turning off Automatic update and pressing manual update a bunch of times till you get the update?
