Reboot stuck on my atv1200

Please help ..... I have tried to hard reset my atv1200 following the tutorial

My box is stuck on system reboot and will not reload the factory set software

I have tried twice and it still just reboots to reboot screen

Is there an address I can send it to to be restored as the store I purchased it from said I had to contact mygica

Isn't that funny. I have the same unit, same issue on the same day at nearly the same time. This was the worst day for buffering and slow web downloads. I'm taking my unit into shop tomorrow to see if they can fix it. Android is frozen on the screen. It's been a really frustrating day. It's weird though, my issues started around 3pm est.

We have factory restore files which will fix this issue.

If you guys are interested in trying it, let me know

I just need to know which remote control you are using.

The one with channels #s or the smaller one without channel #s.

Wonder what went wrong and would be very interested to know; I factory reset my 1200 at least twice a month

I just set mine with the reset on the back and when I see reboot screen it just returns to reboot screen ?

I have been uploading all my zip files of factory restore cards onto my onedrive. I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there.

I just read back and figured that the KR-60 file is the one so about to try

No luck I downloaded the zip file followed step by step instructions and I get a screen saying install from SD card

Complete.

I try reboot and I loose everything

Still nothing but black screen asking to reboot ?
