1800E and Samsung UHD JU7100

I have an 1800E running the most recent firmware with KODI 15.2. I get no signal using an HDMI with the resolution set at anything higher than 720.

This has been an ongoing problem since I got the box over a year ago. I had another Samsung TV when I bought the box and just upgraded to the 4K in July 1015.

Is there anything I can do to remedy this issue or is it simply a compatability issue with this box and Samsung TV's Look forward to responses.

Have you tried using a different HDMI cable? Or just the one that came with the box?
