Universal Remote CEC

I am using my gica 582 on samsung tv with bose cinemat soundbar. Have recently upgraded to latest release OPENELEC KODI

Both my tv and soundar come with universal remote feature.

Trying to leverage universal remote feature offered by my tv / soundbar to control mygica device.

Have been able to control play / stop/ power of from universal remote but can not power on mygica 582.

Have to use mygica original remote KR 60 in order to power on device.

Wondering the best way to control.

Looking to enable one one key power on / off all devices .

Do I have to buy logitech remote in order to do that or existing tv/soundabr remote control can power on mygica 582.

Is there a way to switch off CEC completely in OPENELEC KODI of mygica582?
