Can you email me the link for the manual and firmware updates as well? I tried different browser's as well. Perhaps you could update the links in the forum, so you don't have to do this on a regular basis. Appreciate your knowledgeable post's, as they are invaluable! Just tried downloading it on 4 different browsers without any issues, and don't get this complaint really anymore.
