Just upgraded my box with FEB Update.

Followed the procedure.

Hit 10 times 3 bars on manual update... Selected latest update

Box rebooted

Started the installation until Android wire frame box stopped spinning... Left it there for an hour. No progression. HANGED.

Pull the plug, box rebooted and managed to complete the installation.

BACK TO A FACTORY RESET SETUP...

please redownload the file

1. Format your MicroSD as FAT32

2. download the file http://bit.ly/ATV1900ac

3. Unzip the ATV1900ac Factory file

4. drag and drop this file to root of the MicroSD

5. Once all the files moved to MicroSD Double Click on uboot_MX.cmd

it will give you a Dos popup for few seconds

then take the MicroSD out and place it to the box and process the manual software upgrade

1. hookup the MicroSD to your ATV1900AC

2. hookup the HDMI to box and other end to TV make sure TV is tuned to proper Input

3. place a toothpick to reset and hookup power, still hold the reset for good 15 seconds

and you should see the file loading properly

My box is back to where I want it... Reinstalled everything.

I will re-do the procedure next time you post an update.

I'm not risking another factory reset for testing purpose.

Just patched with the latest OTA and box is now going straight to bootloader

I went in load from external.

Selected last feb img...

And got another factory !@#%!@#$%!@#%$!@#$%!#@%!@#%!@# reset.

Btw I had the firmware.img file and the recovery.img is possible that regardless of what I select you are loading the recovery?

So I went to the OTA - POS attempted to do the update, back to the bootloader with error.

This thing is getting close to the brickwall.

You are one of the only ones reporting issues with our OTA updates recently and the Patch file.

Sorry to hear this.

If you want I can build you a SD Card Factory Boot card which will bring you to the latest 05-29-16 update, and then you can just take the patch file update to fix the Google Play store login issues.

Let me know if you would like this, and I will make it and then share it back with you.

I've located the patch in the other tread and after yet another factory reset. I patched it manually and the box is back up and running.

You can load the firmware manually from that menu you are stuck on.

Just put firmware file onto an SD card or USB drive and plug it into the box.

Then select Apply Update from EXT.

Once done, click reboot the box.

It will then reboot back into Android.

The recovery files only work through SD Card, did you use one when you tried it?
