USB Video Capture not working

Recently got a USV Video Capture (Capit) device to monitor a camera in a bird box but the Capit cannot see any video. The instructions don't say what to try on device settings. Any ideas?

What version of Windows are you running to use this with?

Did you install all of the drivers?
