No picture, blue LED constantly on

Hello all. I just purchased a atv586.

It works for a few days, and now it only shows the blue LED and no display. No reaction from remote

I have tried a hard reset, new HDMI cable, letting it sit over night unplugged.

 

Nothing works.

 

any clue?

please RMA it and let our Repair department fix it. it seems you have bricked the unit.
