does anybody know if there is a fix for stuck in boot loop, it is 3 months out of warranty.

where can I get the proper files for this  I tried factory restore files it was loading in the little green android but almost get to the end of the bar and then would go to 4.4 kit kat  and just go in a circle again boot mode

We only have these files available

 

You might have copied something wrong.
