Help - Power cord replacement

Can anyone guide me on where I can order a replacement power cord for My Gica ATV 1800?  My power cord has come apart at the tip, it worked for a while but now the stem has broken,  I can no longer plug in my device.    I was unable to find something locally with the same specs, the input on the ATV 1800 cord is smaller than most.   Any help is appreciated! thanks
