32 BIT VS. 64 BIT?

32 BIT VS. 64 BIT?
I have contacted MyGica & yet to receive a response regarding MyGica IPC 3700.

While attempting to connect to IPTV service with Setvnow a pop-up states 64 bit processing is required. I am unable to complete the installation. Evidently my product is a 32 bit system.

Your product info states: Intel BayTrail-T 64-Bit Quad Core CPU and GPU

Ok I will explain this well.

The IPC 3700 uses the Intel Bay Trail 64 Bit chipset.

However Intel only made the 32Bit version of Windows 10 available for this chipset, and there is nothing that we can do about this.
Also 64 Bit only runs on PCs with 4GB of RAM or higher, our IPC 3700 only comes with 2GB of Ram.

Thank you for your prompt response. That said, I submit your product description is fraudulent.

I am sorry for the confusion on this

May I know where you purchased it from?

Purchased the box from Canada Computers on College Street in Toronto.

They have a 14 day return policy, so you can return it for a refund

Thank you for the info, however, I purchased the box more than 14 days ago & had tried unsuccessfully to resolve this issue so I could watch IPTV..

Please PM me
