Voodoo 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2018 Remote control issue I have been setting up my box and one of my apps, SET TV, requires me to enter my info once I downloaded it. Once I get to that screen tutto enter the information my remote mouse pointer will work but I can't bring up my keyboard to enter my info. Any suggestions? Winny 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2018 Try hitting that mouse button top right-hand corner. This allows you to use the arrow, like when you want to select letters from the keyboard. Hit that button again when you don't need the arrow. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
