Downloads not opening

I'm having a problem with my downloads real racing 3 to be specific  I can download the app but can't get it to open when I open the app it will start to load and then shuts down after about a minute also can't access the settings in territaum same problem push settings and the app will close down

I am sorry, but we cannot comment on terrarium, as it is a 3rd party pirating app.

As for the real racing, it may be that the box does not have enough power in the GPU to run that game. I have tried a couple high ram games like pubg on it and it just doesn't work properly. If you can change the graphics settings before it crashes, you may be able to change it to a level that does work.
