MyGica Support 49 Report post Posted November 30, 2018 Hi, is this a new problem or this is a new box with this happening? I assume you’re referring to the WiFi connection. Can you please tell me how many bars are showing up in the WiFi options for your connection? These devices really need full bars for proper streaming and connectivity.
