Still doesn't work

We bought a ATV329x and it wouldn't work with Netflix's  or regular streaming news the system would strat playing then freeze.

We were told by My Gica support that Netfix had changed so we needed to buy a new controller  the My Gica KR303 

Still wontvscroll through Netfixs! Still.wont play a Netflixs movie

Same with on line streaming news stats the screen goes black and we get an error message check internet 

Internet is working fine with Roku and Netflix on the TV just not My Gica

Can someone please help or can we get our money back on both units

can you please tell me how many WiFi bars you are getting in the settings? 

When you say Netflix isn’t working, what’s happening? Does any content show?
