Lost "OK" Button, have to press "enter" on keyboard side to select things

KR41 Remote... did something, but now the OK button doesn't work when using "front " side of air mouse. I have to use the enter button on keyboard side .

OK button shows a red light when pressed, but doesn't actually do anything anymore. 

Have tried re-pairing  mouse but nothing changes.

Have tried using as air mouse, and OK button sometimes work to click

That’s certainly a new one for me. If you’ve done the pairing and still nothing, it may be a hardware issue inside. 

 

If this was revently purchased, you should be able to fill out a warranty claim at mygica.tv/help

 

either way you might want to go on there, as they will tell you what cost a replacement remote will be if it is outside of the warranty
