ATV 1960 keep frezing have to remove power and replug

Bought this device 3 weeks ago. It keep turning off by itself and cant be wake with remote.

Try different compatible remote still same. No new software install. just out of the box

I try firmware upgrade it say up to date...

Same here.

Brand new yesterday.

It has frozen three separate times, twice while a video was playing and once when we were clicking through the menu.

Hey guys, this is not normal. 

If it is only freezing during usage with a specific app, give me more details. 

If it is freezing like the guy above stated in the menues, and no other apps are running, you’ll want to get this checked out.
