Linux - Not Recognizing Device

Hello:

For - IGrabber Live

I am running Linux Mint 18.1 - Kernel - 4.15.-60-generic x86_64  - Linux Mint is a Debian Derivative

When I run lsusb on the system, the device never lists.

I have Oracle VM - Box and the Windows - recognizes the device as Macrosil USB2.0 Device [0121]

I need to be able to run the device in Linux.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

This is supported by a more recent 5.x kernel, as I've added the device ID to a compatible driver, which is now in the mainline kernel.

Well, at least, the basic iGrabber is supported. I don't know if all the iGrabber series use the same chipset.
