Ethernet not working

Ethernet not working

Hi everyone,

for some reason the Ethernet connection doesn’t work in my device (wifi does).

I’ve already done the following:

- disabled wifi

- unplugged and replugged my router (along with the box)

- verifies the Ethernet connection is set to “On”

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
