Have to unplug and plug in multiple times to get signal

Hi,

I love my MyGica but I'm frustrated by this. I turn on my TV (Roku Smart TV) and when I choose to access my MyGica, more often than not, it says that there's no signal. I have to unplug and replug the power cord from the Android box -- sometimes multiple times -- and then, finally, my TV finds it. 

Any idea on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.

Update: I saw the previous post on this same issue (sorry for the repeat) -- and CEC had already been set as "off". 

More info: This is a new TV and the problem did not present itself on my old TV.
