1900 Pro Green Light Only

I have a 1900 Pro and all it does is have the green light come on when I plug it in.  No video output or anything.  What can I do?

The best thing that you can do is throw that piece of garbage away. Spend more on an expensive box like NVIDIA shield. You wont have to deal with this problem.
