Sdb85 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2020 ATV 1900AC Hi there need assistance please my mygica 1900AC is not working it turns on loads up then the mouse or the remote does not work I have tried several mouses with this box and with my other tv box. They work with my other but not this one. I press the reset button on the back and still nothing happens ?? Help please Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
