MyGiga ATV495 Max

I have bought the MyGiga ATV495 Max about now a year ago and now suddenly one day I've started it up and it loads for a little bit and then freeze fully

I've tried unplugging the power and back in it reloads and again the same

Then I've even tried for a software reset and it freeze again before I can get it started and I tried to press the restart button at the bottom still it's does the same is there anything I can do more to fix this problem?

I have exact same issue since yesterday. It doesn't work

I have the same problem. Also started yesterday. I think might have been an update. I cannot even do a factory reset as it freezes before I can do it

I have just done a reset and it works now.
