ATV1960 upgrade Android 7.1

Hi Support:

They would be so kind to upload the images of the factory firmware, to be able to use them with USB Burning Tool, since the existing ones of android 6 and 7 do not work, thank you in advance

we do not have the file for burning tool the manufacture never released the aml file for any of our OS.

if the file you see do not work, maybe you need to warranty the product. with respect to warranty period.

How sad to read that the manufacturer has never released the firmware file for use in the burn tool, MyGica's support leaves a lot to be desired

Thank you very much for your answer

it is not sad, it is security, which alot of people love to steal and create a bug out of it or worse.

so bad people made the manufacture lock up the process.

I understand, but had read that the safest way to install the firmware was through the format to be used by the USB Burning Tool, so there is no possibility to get the firmware in this format?
