HD Cap X-II 0kb files recording on USB

Hello, I'm trying to record a VHS in USB  but when I put the drive into the Pc I can see only the Encode_xx.mp4 with 0kb and any program can't open it.

My VHS player support both HDMI, CVBS and Composite but I still have the same issue with all the imputs.

Can anyone help me?
