MyGica ATV495 Pro stuck with orange light on power button. No display on TV

Hi Support

My Mygica ATV495 Pro is stuck with an orange light on the power button. Tried holding it in for 15 seconds and then plugging in power but no difference. 

Please help!!!!!!!
