limited capacity to stream Max streaming 300mb

Max streaming 300mb

Mygiga pro 1900.

When on Catmouse or other provider, and I select a show to play,  the links appear, HLS or others with a streaming number such as 400mb.

I notice the 1900 pro will not play any link that is above 300, nor will it play any HLS links, is this normal, or is there a setting I need to change. 

Not sure if this is just a capacity problem with the 1900 pro, or something else... any ideas?
