iGrabber Live low qualiy video capture (pixelated)

Hi.
I bought an iGrabber Live, and I'm having trouble capturing video:

The image appears pixelated on the honestech VHS to DVD 4.0 SE.

I made the attempts using a VHS VCR and a Playstation 2, both with RCA cables, and in both cases the image in the capture comes with low resolution.

Note: I tested with all program settings
I need help to solve this problem.
