PadTV HD won't work on Lenovo M10+

I have the MyGica PT682C and a brand new Lenovo M10+ FHD tablet running Android 10. I can install the app, but it does not give me the option at setup to choose a country or choose ATSC/QUAM.  The tablet meets all the requirements listed on Google Play. 

I have 3 Android 9 phones and it works on those. 

This is very frustrating as I bought the tablet and tuner to use on vacation, and now I cannot. The app description does not say it won't work on Android 10. 

Does this work only on devices using Android 9 or below? How can I get this to work on my tablet?

I have the same problem with a SAMSUNG Tab A8 with Android 11. The device is not recognized and I get the message "No Device".
