ATSC A681B Sound but No Video

Currently I have a ATSC Mini USB Stick A681B. Everything with set up went fine, and even channel scanning went fine. When I choose a channel to watch I get audio and no video, but when I use the channel preview feature I get picture but no sound. Any thoughts on what could be wrong? My current work around is I choose a channel near the one I want to watch, open the channel preview of the channel I want to watch to get video, and then switch the main screen to the channel to get the audio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
