My MyGica remote model KR301 no longer pairs with my TV Box ATV1900AC

Greetings MyGica Forum,

My TV Box had been working with my KR301 remote for a long time until last week. I went through the pairing process suggested on internet by using +VOL & PG+ keys and still unable to make the remote work. Finally I went and purchased a new KR303 remote. Sadly the new remote does not pair with its new USB dongle either. I am out of luck. Any suggestions to help troubleshoot the TV Box or the remote is appreciated.

Do you know for sure the USB ports are working?  I had a unit and the dried up brown blob on the circuit board eventually prevented the ports to work properly.  I cleaned it up, but basically only 1 out of the 4 ended up working.  Good luck...
