freeze at mygica seeing ia believing

i tried to upgrade from 4.4 to lolliop,

now it freezes at eeing is believing

my reset button broken, i used sd card it doesnt go to root menu

K I just brought up 2 receivers using the software at the top to the beta section to Lolipop. 

1)you must download the file on a usb stick.

2)go to update apps and install from usb.

3) it takes a while. then reboots.

4)now once it reboots it will go to a robot screen. wait for the line to progress if it hangs more then 15 minutes just pull the wire and plug in a again.

5) then it will go to a installing mygica store install 1 of 8 and go through some receivers are finicky they hang some count straight through. if it hangs do a power cycle again. (pull out power wire and plug in after 5 sec.) 

it will eventually go to lollipop screen and setup. then u can do a factory reset and and let it load up again and ur set. Load on all your old apps and away you go. I use loadmykndroid.com to get all the latest kodi its awesome straight forward great service. Its worth the cost of the year. No hickups. Then u can load Kodi 17 with it because u have Lolipop
