This device does not support netflix

I bought this for my parents for Christmas, thinking that I could plug it in, configure Netflix and enjoy Christmas day.  That was not to be.  6 hours later, scouring forum posts, downloading Apks and firmware updates via USB and Netflix still does not work.

In my opinion, without a way to auto-download app updates (download .apks and transfering via USB does not count) and a Netflix app that works OUT OF THE BOX, this little device is broken by design.

With the newest Netflix app udate through the app store it is not compatable with android lolipop.  Netflix is aware of the problem and offer a fix on their web site.
