First I just added the upgrade to the microSD card, but that did not work. I noticed it was not FAT32 format.
Removed it completely and used a WIN7 machine to format FAT32....transferred the upgrade files to the root. Inserted it back into my ATV 495pro, held down the power button while plugging it in, and 15 min later had a nice Android 7.1 machine.
Thanks!
Inside of the zipped file there is another zip file. Do wee need to unzip that zip file as well inside of the SD Card?
