4K Display Option Gone After March Update

After installing the Mar 21st 2015 Firmware patch for my ATV 380 Media Box, there is no longer a 4K Display Option given when selecting Video Mode....any reasons why this option was removed or is not listed on a 4K Media Box....??

Viewing distance comes into play as well. The human eye can detect differences between pixels better when those pixels are closer. Standing twenty feet away, it may be hard to tell the difference between a 27" 4K display and a 27" 5K display as an example.
