Newbie General Usage Question

Hi all. I'm perfectly competent in the Android environment. But the TV box thing is new to me.

My simple question:

Is it advisable to turn the box off after each use? For example, I want to watch a show at lunch, and then after viewing, I turn it off and leave for the remainder of the afternoon, turning the box back on when home in the evening.

Or, do I turn the box on at first use in the morning, and leave it on even when not in use, turning it off only at the end of the day.

Or, never turn it off, save for when in need of a reboot.

Basic, I know. But insight and opinions from experienced users would be much appreciated!

All depend if it's in a cool environment. I leave mine on all the time, it also prevents the problem with the unit having to re-power after being shut.

Also, if you power off with the remote it's just suspended anyway and quickly wakes up. That's what I do.
