Need help please urgently

Hi I have Atv1800 box which xbmc was on it and working all good. I decided to update the firm wire. But since then the box started playing up and not loading or running smoothly. So then I downloaded kodi and tried that on box. Same problem. Longstory short my box is a mess now. So I tried to factory reset it in the box setting menu is option to reset it. But my box has robot with spinning loading but it freezes after 5 min. I then powered off and on and automatically goes into same process and then freezes

I have waited 30min and still frozen. Please Help What do i do now. I wish i never tried updating it. Hope someone out there can help me.

Hi,

Have you tried doing a factory reset using the recovery button. To access this press and hold the reset button on the back next to HDMI for about 6-8 seconds while plugging in the power. Then select factory reset.

If this does not work you will need a SD card to full load of FW but first try the above.
