1800E - Firmware Update Issue

Hi,

I am trying to update my box to 11/05 and followed the instructions mentioned in the video of the thread - ATV 1800E 11/05 FIRMWARE FILE **MANUAL UPDATE**

How ever, I am getting E:cannot mount /sdcard (No such file or directory)

Attaching the image of the error.

I have copied the files to root folder and I can see the files in the SD card from file explorer after booting in. I can see image file from Local Update app too. (Software Update > Manual Update > Local Update). Tried Installing from here too and got same mount error.

Can you please help me with the issue?

Try different sdcard or USB drive, make sure it's fat32 formated

Formatted the card with fat32 and now it is fine. Earlier it was formatted as exFat
