Netflix, Google Play not Working

Hi,

Just bought this box and its not working right. Netflix opens and I sign in but then it shuts down immediately and goes back to the main screen.

Thought I would try to redownload on Google Play, but that isn't working either.

Any suggestions?

I just updated Netflix via the mygica store and it is now working.

Google Play still not working, so I'd like to try to fix that now!
