Help atv582 can't factory reset or upgrade firmware.

Hi

I have mygica 582 , android 4.4.2

build V001M801_20140801

I'm trying to update the firmware from usb with """"update_Mygica_ATV582_20141105_MAG.zip""" but box just turns off and doesn't re-start.

I can't even do a factory reset within android as the app under applications is missing??

The reset button under the box doesn't work either, it doesn't take me anywhere just blank screen,

I have read the forum but the links i found for instructions are all dead.

Can you please help me update this to most recent software because it's not running properly , im having big issues with this box.

Try SD card for firmware upgrade.
